3. Products

Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned.

As a result:

  • Every item is unique.
  • Minor signs of age or previous wear should be expected unless otherwise stated.
  • We make every effort to describe each item accurately and provide clear photographs.
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Measurements and weights are approximate.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, once your order has been confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order;
  • cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred;
  • cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable.

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded promptly.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

7. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated on our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services;
  • customs clearance;
  • severe weather;
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

9. Returns

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items in accordance with UK consumer law and our Returns Policy.

Items must be:

  • returned unworn;
  • in their original condition;
  • with original packaging where possible.

The following items cannot normally be returned unless faulty:

  • bespoke or personalised jewellery;
  • resized rings requested by the customer;
  • earrings where hygiene regulations apply.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Faulty Goods

If your item develops a genuine fault or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate we will:

  • repair the item;
  • replace it;
  • provide a refund;

in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be treated with care.

Damage caused by:

  • accidental impact;
  • misuse;
  • improper storage;
  • chemical exposure;
  • normal wear and tear;

is not considered a manufacturing fault.

We recommend following our jewellery care guidance.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • photographs;
  • logos;
  • branding;
  • descriptions;
  • graphics;
  • written content;

belongs to Raven & Pearl unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
